Theodore Barlogiannis has twenty years of experience in Cardiology, specializing in Advanced Echocardiographic Techniques (Transesophageal Echocardiogram – Stress Echo). He holds the position of Director of Medical Affairs for the Department of Cardiology-Radiology at Bayer Hellas. Since 2008, he has maintained a private practice in Nea Erythraia.

Dr. Barlogiannis graduated from medical school with Second Class Honors and completed his Rural Medical Service at the Vrynaina Peripheral Clinic – Almyros Health Center, and subsequently worked as a resident at the A’ Pathological Clinic of the Hellenic Red Cross Hospital.

He obtained his Cardiology Specialty at the Cardiology Clinic of «Georgios Gennimatas» Athens General Hospital and specialized in Advanced Echocardiographic Techniques at the 251 Air Force General Hospital.

From 2008 to 2014, he served as Attending Physician in the Cardiology Clinic of Metropolitan General Hospital, formerly IASO General, where he continues to serve as a scientific collaborator. From 2014 to the present, he has been working at Bayer Hellas, initially as a Medical Consultant and later as the Manager of Medical Affairs.

Dr. Barlogiannis has an extensive scientific background, having published and presented at international and Greek conferences and medical journals. He is a member of the Hellenic Cardiological Society and the Athens Medical Association.
